Responsibilities: • Consulting with our clients on a daily basis • Advising Client in proper maneuvers dealing with trust instruments • Ability to structure and restructure business entities and to advise and counsel clients in such structuring • Ability to create ancillary documents related to such transactions. • Create partnership agreements, management agreements, and other business agreements • Excellent research skills • Looking to experience personal and professional growth Qualifications: • Candidate must have JD and be admitted to practice by the Texas State Bar and in good standing • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office • Have good analytical skills • Have excellent communication skills • Have excellent follow-up and organizational skills • Have experience or knowledge of Trustee responsibilities • Have experience drafting contracts Compensation: $120,000 negotiable depending on experience
