    $50,000 – $100,000 + Uncapped Commission + Equity + Benefits

    This is a true production role built for someone early in their commercial insurance career who wants to accelerate.

    You will focus on small to mid-market business across industries like construction, habitation, transportation, and hospitality. This is a sales and production environment where success is driven by activity, consistency, and closing.

    The difference here is leverage.

    You are not buried in service work or paperwork. Technology and internal support handle submissions, processing, and follow-up. Your job is simple: generate opportunities, engage business owners, and win accounts.

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive new business through outbound prospecting
    • Cold call, qualify, and convert SMB prospects
    • Build and manage your own book of business
    • Work across standard and E&S markets depending on risk profile
    • Partner with account managers for servicing and retention
    • Hit monthly and annual premium targets

    This is a sales-first role. If you want to spend most of your time quoting and servicing, this is not the right fit.

    Who This Role Is Built For

    • 1–2 years in commercial insurance (brokerage, agency, or underwriting)
    • Comfortable with cold calling and consistent outbound activity
    • Understands basic commercial coverages and policy structure
    • Motivated by income growth and performance-based upside
    • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation

    • Base: $50,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
    • Commission: Uncapped (example structure: 30% new, 10% renewal)
    • Equity: Performance-based participation tied to production
    • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO
