WHO IS SMB TEAM? SMB Team is a rapidly growing marketing agency and coaching business for lawyers, based out of Philadelphia. After 3 years of 300% year-over-year growth, we have quickly become one of the top brands in the legal-industry.
Our 2023 plan is to scale from $4M and 21 employees (now) to $35M and 140 team members.

Our vision is to disrupt the traditional “marketing agency model” by pioneering a transparent, education-first approach that not only generates leads for clients, but also helps our clients become a better business owner.

Lastly, we are a Monthly-Recurring-Revenue (MRR) business. So, retention rate is everything. CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (YOU): RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Psychology.
1-2 years of client relationship management experience is an absolute must. Internships and previous job experience will definitely be considered
Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Can’t think of one? Get creative in showing it... or don’t apply
We want you to have the experience to show that you can be a fantastic addition to our team right out of the gate. We don’t have the time to teach you basic human interaction skills while we’re tripling our company (again) this year.

SALARY RANGE: $68,000 -$76,000 per year

Educational Brand: We run the largest talk show in the legal industry right now. Every week, we get hundreds of lawyers on our webinars by interviewing top thought leaders (as seen on our YouTube). This is a big lead generator and was spun into large virtual Summits and Challenges that produce the majority of our sales. We spend a lot of money on Facebook, YouTube & Google Ads and are aggressive with our content strategy. The goal is to become THE source of education for lawyers. Marketing Services: We handle Google ads, YouTube ads & Landing page marketing for over 100 law firms. Our goal is to scale our services business to over $15M in revenue by 2023. We intend to expand our done-for-you marketing services into SEO and Facebook Ads for our clients. Eventually we will expand out of legal. Coaching Services: We have a rapidly-growing group coaching program for lawyers. In under 6 months, we went from 0 to 70 coaching clients paying us $20K per-year for coaching. This has huge potential. We will scale this to $15M per-year in revenue by 2023 alongside our agency. We coach lawyers on leadership and marketing.
