We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in exciting Downtown Roanoke! You will be responsible for supporting our national client’s service needs throughout North America and abroad. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and manage incoming client work orders via email and through various CMMS platforms.
- Dispatch work orders to vetted national subcontractor network ensuring service level compliance.
- Document and update client work orders in real-time driving towards successful completion.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the company’s national service offerings.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
