• Process and manage incoming client work orders via email and through various CMMS platforms. 
• Dispatch work orders to vetted national subcontractor network  ensuring service level compliance. 
• Document and update client work orders in real-time driving towards successful completion. 
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the company’s national service offerings.
