    Job Description

    The Sales Lead will be responsible for creating new business opportunities for SMI Aware in the Legal market by building relationships with existing clients. Duties include performing market research, using the marketing website and social media to achieve business growth, and strategizing with management to identify needs and new opportunities in order to grow the business.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS 

    • Build and deliver detailed presentations for existing clients 
    • Utilize CRM and technology to maximize productivity
    • Possess effective organizational skills and must be detail-oriented
    • Receive guidance from management and develop a plan of action
    • Qualify and gain potential leads by cold calling and using email campaigns
    • Efficiently sell in a remote work environment
     
    
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in Legal Sales
    • Corporate Legal/Defense experience preferred
    • Copper CRM experience a plus
    • Efficient with online meetings (Zoom, Meet, Teams)
    • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
    • Innate ability to be persistent and outgoing
    • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
