    Job Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS BELOW DESCRIBED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    · Proactively serve customer on an ongoing basis, promote and collaborate with customers to achieve revenue, margin, NTO and other corporate business goals

    . Create a strong business relationship with customers to develop strategic plans for business growth

    · Responsible for price negotiations, business planning, manufacturing operational issues  per guideline from Headquarter committee and system

    · Accountable for revenue growth and profitability of the assigned accounts

    . Understand customers' product and market to develop strategic plan for engagement

    · Champion of Rev$, NTO, GM and other corporate targets

    · Penetrate potential customers and develop new business opportunities, and conduct new customer evaluation, development and engagements

    · Nurture newly engaged customers from design in stage, tape out to production ramp up

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • 10 years or more experience in semiconductor account management, sales, and/or marketing and/or CE. Experience in semiconductor/ foundry sales is major plus

    -Technical Knowledge and general understanding of semiconductor industry is required. Prior engineering experience is a big plus.

    • Customer Service oriented, teamwork spirit, proactive, pursue excellence, innovation & continuous Improvement, planning and execution, analytical thinking & problem solving.

    • Good interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills

    • Good managerial competencies, such as building trust, motivate employees, develop employees and delegation & empowerment;

    • Be able to manage and oversee accounts’ activities

    • Strong knowledge about customers on (a) its product and market, (b) team members, (c) financial status, (d) its core competency, (e) process technology and IP requirement.
