    As a project coordinator, you will play a vital role in the performance of our tribe. You are a highly organized individual, entering important information into our processes. As a key tribesman, you will usually have the answers to project information or know how to get them, making sure projects are following schedules, have the materials they need, and provide updates to the production team. No room for error and the position is treated with an urgency mentality. Some of your key responsibilities but not limited are:

    The Essentials

    · Project Intake and updates in our project management systems, including CRM

    · Making sure projects are updated with before, during and after pictures and schedules/tasks are updated based on work completed.

    · On partner projects you will enter and confirm received materials and enter them into their proper apps.

    · Assist Operations and Field Staff. You will also interact with tribe leaders in the field & sales warriors to gather your intel and provide them with updates as necessary.

    · Schedule and meet with city inspectors.

    · Communicate as necessary with Clients to keep them informed. Think concierge service.

    · Solicit appropriate subcontractors depending on project scope and requirements. Maintain sub-contractor relationships and documentation.

    · Assist in scheduling, delivering materials, assisting Operations and Field. Including temporary facilities, containers, dumpsters, equipment, and laborers as required.

    · Respond promptly to customer needs as needed.

    Responsible for the processing and distributing of project documents, including plan revisions, day-to-day correspondence, and coordinating closeout documents.

    Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

    Education, Experience, and Skills

    1 – 3 years experience with relevant experience or equivalent.

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to become a Notary.

    Ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are achieved.

    Ability to foster relationships with customers, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.

    Demonstrates strong data entry skills with accuracy.

    Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Has passion, energy, persistence, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm.

    Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.

    Able to identify a need, remove barriers, and know how to make things happen.

    Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has good common sense and applied logic.

    Must possess or obtain an appropriate state driver’s license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
