Responsibilities:

Coordinate the accurate and efficient picking and confirmation of customer orders, ensuring top-quality service.

Liaise proactively with production and transportation supervisors to align orders with truck departure schedules.

Troubleshoot and resolve product shortages by collaborating with the sales team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient order assembly area.

Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched to meet quality standards and timelines.

Uphold safety procedures and guidelines in accordance with USDA regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

Requirements:

Essential Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Ability to lift up to 100lbs.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.

Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Knowledge of meat products and HACCP programs.

Compensation:
