Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will oversee all warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage all run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring that inventory is organized, orders are processed accurately, shipments are timely, and invoices are error-free. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and returns processing.

Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, adhering to established lead times and customer requirements.

Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock takes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records in NetSuite and other relevant systems.

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality regulations, including OSHA, FDA, and GMP.

Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a safe work environment.

Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance metrics.

Manage the procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment.

Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in warehouse management.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.

Proven experience in a medical supplies or pharmaceutical warehouse environment is a plus.

Demonstrated proficiency in NetSuite, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting modules.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid forklift certification is a plus
