Pitmaster / Assistant General Manager
Previous culinary experience within the restaurant or food service industry, in particular at a BBQ restaurant Management experience with regards to Back of House of Kitchen staff Adaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for the business Strong written and communication skills; ability to write and verbalize in a clear and concise manner Detail oriented and well organized Strong leadership skills with ability to enthusiastically interact with others Demonstrates respect for individuals and appreciation of diversity Works well under pressure, upholding high personal standards of conduct and professionalism Ability to make good decisions in stressful, high risk situations Able to multitask with a smile in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Able to uphold high standards with a positive attitude
Food Handler’s Certification a plus Open availability (including nights and weekends) Fluency or conversational proficiency in Spanish is a plus
