Position Overview
Responsible for managing all aspects of implementation of SMRxT technology into the customer’s workflow including training, integration and problem solving.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare enterprise relationships, specifically focused in pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain deep professional and technical knowledge of SMRxT product offerings
- Ensure proper internal team coordination on behalf of the customer to sales, customer engagement, product development and manufacturing
- Evaluate and track implementation progress per customer and report back to SMRxT management team
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Obtain customer requirements and lead customer through implementation process
- Understanding of customer needs for future product development
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to train groups and individuals on technical product
- History discovering customer needs and meeting customer deadlines
- Ability to follow project plan process
