We are hiring phone professionals for outbound business to business (B2B) calls to prospective customers and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team.

SMS is a leading business development firm that offers consulting services to small & medium-sized businesses throughout North America.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Call leads and prospects to generate interest in our services
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales team
• Paid training

· STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS (MON-FRI) NO WEEKENDS

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Customer Service, B2B telemarketing or inside sales
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
• Highly motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional, friendly phone personality
