You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing ensuring that work is performed according to customer standards and relevant codes • Conduct service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues while identifying potential problems to prevent unexpected breakdowns or callbacks • Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to access material and equipment needs and determine work procedures • Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems • Provide customer estimated pricing for approval prior to performing any work • Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • Verifiable experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings • Ability to work in physical conditions that may require you to stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or stoop • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $33+ hourly
