Responsibilities include Testing electrical systems, documenting actions, repairing electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring, or devices, and maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Work with an established team of electricians, to complete a variety of customer-driven projects. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Repair electrical issues by replacing or installing components, wiring or devices • Install various types of raceway and cable tray system • Troubleshoot motor and control systems in a variety of industrial/commercial applications • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Running conduit in sizes up to 4” with no instruction • Diagnose control-related issues in food production equipment, transformers, and motors • Installation of VFDs (mounting and programming), soft starts, transformers and motors, and panelboards • Pulling wire, running conduit of all sizes • Determine the steps necessary to assess a situation using testing devices, blueprints and maps • Terminating motors/transformers • Run threaders/big pipe benders and tuggers • Maintaining a safe work environment by following company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies • Promotes a continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices • Ability to isolate and repair defects in wiring, switches, motors and other electrical equipment • Use of industry-related hand and power tools Qualifications: • Adhere to all safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc. • Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors with the use of ladders and lifts and at heights above 6 feet • Able to report to work on time, maintain a good attendance record, and work all designated work schedules • Able to work 8 hour days, 40 hours per week and overtime as required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Clean and orderly work area • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and colleagues • Demonstrate leadership and pre-planning abilities • 5+ years electrical experience • All jobs are safety sensitive Compensation: $33 - $37 hourly
