Responsibilities: • Rebuild plate and frame heat exchangers • Test, maintain, and evaluate equipment performance using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges • Test and calibrate ammonia equipment • Maintain tools and machinery to ensure they are kept in safe and usable condition • Maintains records of accurate preventive maintenance • Ability to quickly and efficiently understand and organize information necessary to make quick decisions • Adhere to company workplace standards by keeping work area clean • Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines or to respond to emergencies as needed • Compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and company requirements Qualifications: • Ability to determine root cause, troubleshoot and correct technical issues using problem-solving techniques in a timely and effective manner • Previous experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems required, or Freon systems • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Must be able to work well within a team but also motivated when working as an individual • Prompt, punctual, and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills • Able to live and work in a multicultural environment Compensation: $100,000+ based on experience
