We are looking for driven, hardworking Chiller Technicians with knowledge of centrifugal and screw-type chillers Responsibilities: • The installation, upkeep, and repair of commercial ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems and equipment. • Recognizing potential maintenance hazards on machinery. • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC and Refrigeration systems. • The tasks involved in this role include the maintenance, calibration, and restoration of systems, as well as the provision of warranty services. • Examine and carry out maintenance on equipment, as well as replace any necessary parts. • Address urgent maintenance inquiries. • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines. • Conduct preventative maintenance, regular repairs, and calibration on-site following installation. • Utilizes expertise and technical proficiency in preventative maintenance and system operations to assess service needs. • It is imperative to consistently adhere to safe work practices and prioritize the implementation of safety protocols on a daily basis. • Carries out additional responsibilities as designated. Qualifications: • Prior background in HVAC or similar industries. • Understanding HVAC wiring schematics. • Capability to manage physical demands • Exceptional abilities in solving problems and critical thinking. • Excellent mechanical diagnostic abilities. • Proficiency in carrying out repairs and completing necessary documentation. • Capacity to carry at least 15 pounds consistently. • Capability to operate in restricted areas with or without the use of a ladder. • Capability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening • All technician roles are considered positions that require a high level of security • An unlimited journeyman license accompanied by a decade or more of experience in handling centrifugal and screw-type chillers. Compensation: $65+ hourly
