SMT Packing is a rapidly growing company looking for a eCommerce Order Specialist. The main responsibility is processing 200+ orders per day for multiple clients with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Pick, Pack, and Ship orders for multiple clients

Lead e-Commerce team; including organizing inventory and supplies, increase efficiency, motivate team members to meet and exceed goals

Adhere to policies and procedures, while assessing effectiveness and efficiency

Possess a professional style of communication

Qualifications / Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time in warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)

High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Extensiv (3PL Central) Warehouse Management System preferred not required

Experience with Small Parcel Shipping Systems (stamps.com, UPS.com, etc.)

Experience with RF Scanners, laser label printers

Highly detailed oriented and ability to count with accuracy

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Perform duties with extremely low error rate

Ability to multitask and learn new tasks quickly

Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

Forklift Certification preferred, not required
