    • Commissions earned on both existing and new accounts

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow a sales territory across Eagle, Pitkin, and Summit Counties
    • Drive new business while supporting assigned legacy accounts
    • Conduct blueprint take-offs, job site walkthroughs, and customer consultations
    • Present tailored solutions and prepare accurate estimates
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating, production, and delivery teams
    • Provide superior post-sale service and field resolution
    • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline and performance

    Performance Objectives

    90 Days:

    • Complete product/process training and begin autonomous field activity
    • Take over existing accounts and initiate targeted outreach
    • Build a 30-lead pipeline and close at least $300K in sales
    • Operate independently with weekly updates to GM

    180 Days:

    • Submit signed orders from at least 2 new customers
    • Maintain balanced product mix: 30% doors, 50% rip-and-run, 20% complex assemblies
    • Secure referrals and generate client introductions

    365 Days:

    • Meet or exceed $2.2M in annual revenue
    • Establish Schacht Mill Works as a go-to millwork provider in your region
    • Maintain consistent monthly closings aligned with annual goals

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of sales experience in millwork, custom doors, or construction materials
    • Knowledge of blueprints, architectural plans, and take-offs
    • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and follow-up skills
    • Self-starter with proven ability to manage territory and pipeline
    • Will have or will develop proficiency in:
    • Innergy CRM
    • Power BI
    • Excel
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Bluebeam
    • Construction Monitor

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in high-end residential or luxury commercial/hospitality sectors
    • Previous experience managing Colorado mountain-region accounts
    • Estimating or project management knowledge
