Key responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls
• Processing and shipping supplement orders
• Inventory
• Ordering supplies
• Light housekeeping of the office
• Other miscellaneous tasks as they come about
• Availability Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM with 30 min lunch

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service preferred
• Experience with Quickbooks, Shopify and Amazon
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Can do attitude
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Strong follow through
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong computer skills

Starting pay will be based on experience. We do offer a competitive benefits package and there is room for growth.
