    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    Our goal at OPCO CA Skilled Management is to deliver management services to skilled nursing facilities that support the customer service experience. We are offering a paid internship program that will prepare you to engage with customers of the community we service. Through this internship, you will learn about the long-term care industry. Assisting the community may range from something simple as redirecting inquiries to centers to the complexity of understanding concerns and offering solutions. The goal of this positions is to connect with the community and make them feel more confident about the services we offer.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:

    • Provide exceptional customer service via phone channels and other electronic communications.
    • Earn the trust of customers by handling stressful calls and issues with a calm and reassuring demeanor and attitude.
    • Educate customers on the company's services for optimal understanding and ease of accessibility.
    • Offer solutions quickly and be conscious of their time as well as your own.
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Friendly and professional- explain and educate in a helpful manner.
    • Interest in learning- become the subject matter expert people rely on.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Detail oriented- accurately process and record information ensuring data integrity.
    • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school or equivalent, required.
    • Experience working in a customer service setting, preferred.
    • Experience working in skilled or long-term care setting, preferred.
