As the Platforms Implementation Manager at GLASS, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our tech strategy to ensure the continued success and growth of our e-commerce marketplace. You will be responsible for creating, updating, managing, and tracking our tech roadmap, as well as translating clients' requirements into fully deployed platforms and technical functionalities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as both a project manager and product manager, with a strong technical background and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Manage our tech platforms, including optimizing tech-related content and procedures, conducting testing for all tech features before they become available to clients, and ensuring platform stability and performance

Develop and maintain the overall tech roadmap of our company, in alignment with business goals and priorities

Lead cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute tech initiatives that drive business growth and enhance user satisfaction

Translate clients' requirements into fully deployed technical functionalities that address specific needs and deliver value

Collaborate closely with the Tech Team to ensure accurate and expedited tech implementation company-wide

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of tech initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a project manager or product manager, with a strong track record of delivering successful tech projects and products

Deep understanding of e-commerce technology, including platforms, tools, and best practices

Strong technical background with experience in software development, web development, and/or IT infrastructure

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making

Experience with Shopify systems and APIs preferable
