    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Suppliers Onboarding Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and onboarding both large and small vendors into our e-commerce platforms. They will play a critical role in establishing high-profile partnerships, negotiating referral fees, reseller agreements, and other details pertinent to our relationships with vendors.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supplier onboarding, strategic outreach, and supply chain management within e-commerce marketplaces. They should demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving results. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, resourcefulness, and a commitment to meeting aggressive KPIs.

    Responsibilities

    Research, identify, and onboard large and small vendors onto our e-commerce platforms

    Develop and execute strategies to establish high-profile partnerships with vendors

    Negotiate referral fees, reseller agreements, and other contractual details with vendors

    Articulate our unique value proposition to large and medium-size vendors effectively

    Create written and visual digital assets and resources to convert and close partnerships

    Set specific KPIs with timelines and be fully accountable at the individual level

    Understand our product and align with vendor needs to streamline onboarding processes

    Standardize and automate onboarding processes to enhance efficiency

    Collaborate with Tech and Supply teams to close the loop on pending actions

    Ensure vendors are satisfied with their onboarding experience and resolve any issues promptly

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in supplier onboarding, strategic outreach, and supply chain management within e-commerce platforms

    Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor partnerships

    Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to set and achieve ambitious KPIs

    Demonstrate strong leadership skills and autonomy in decision-making

    Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach

    Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time to meet project deadlines

    Demonstrated experience in creating digital assets and resources for partnership conversion

    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and understanding of vendor needs

    Experience in standardizing and automating processes to improve efficiency

    Willingness to work full-time with flexibility for extra hours as needed

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced setting

    Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and supplier onboarding

    Experience revamping and optimizing supplier onboarding processes
