As an AI Integration Expert / AI Developer For E-commerce at GLASS, you will be at the forefront of leveraging AI technologies to improve user experience, drive engagement, and enhance the efficiency of our GLASS Marketplace platforms. You will be responsible for researching, selecting, prototyping, testing, and integrating various AI tools and solutions into our marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in marketplaces, e-commerce solutions, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Research and identify AI tools, frameworks, and solutions that align with our marketplace's goals and objectives

Lead the rapid prototyping, testing, and implementation of AI tools to improve marketplace performance, user engagement, and conversion rates

Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of AI tools and maintain platform stability.

Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and their applications in e-commerce

Work closely with external partners to explore partnership opportunities and access specialized expertise in AI technologies

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to implement and optimize AI models and algorithms

Analyze data and user feedback to continuously optimize AI-driven features and functionalities

Provide training and support to internal teams on using AI tools effectively.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in AI implementation, with a focus on e-commerce or related industries

Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems

Solid understanding of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Experience with rapid prototyping, testing, and implementing AI solutions

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation and continuous learning

Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
