    We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented professional to join our Marketplace Sales team. As the Marketplace Activation Lead at GLASS, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and adoption of our government marketplaces. You will leverage your proven track record of successfully leading marketplace customer acquisition to identify early adopters, conduct comprehensive outbound outreach to government buyers, and provide them with multiple options for their product or vendor requests in an expedited fashion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication and outreach skills, as well as a knack for identifying opportunities for marketplace improvements based on user feedback.

    Responsibilities

    Lead the customer acquisition efforts for our government marketplaces, focusing on identifying and engaging early adopters

    Develop and execute comprehensive outbound outreach strategies via email and phone to government buyers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our marketplace

    Identify low-hanging fruit opportunities and take action to provide government buyers with multiple options for their product or vendor requests in an expedited fashion

    Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, buyers and other key stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of our marketplace

    Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for marketplace improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to implement necessary enhancements

    Systematize customer acquisition processes bottom-up, ensuring scalability and efficiency in our outreach efforts

    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to customer acquisition and adoption, and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals and targets

    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketplace activation and customer acquisition, and apply insights to drive continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    4 years of experience in customer acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully leading marketplace customer acquisition efforts

    Experience working in government, government procurement or in government sales

    Strong communication and outreach skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade government buyers

    Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for customer acquisition and marketplace improvement

    Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines

    Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making

    Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving growth and adoption of innovative solution

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
