    *THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION

     

    ABOUT THE ROLE...

    • Collaborate with Product Managers on documentation and communication of new releases and product changes

      • In-app announcements and tutorials

      • Knowledge base articles

    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing on Go-to-Market materials to ensure successful product launches

    • Collaborate with Product Marketing on win-loss interviews and analysis 

    • Assist the product development in the collection and organization of platform metrics via a variety of tools 

    • Ensure adequate company communication of new product updates via biweekly email

    • Assist with product development research (competitive, api etc)

    • Assist Product Teams with app review submission as needed

    • Ad-hoc testing, wireframing, functional spec and ticket writing as needed
