We are looking for someone who loves what they do and wants to work on a team that is striving to build a world-class organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead who manages recruiting across our Non-Sales functions (including Customer Success, Marketing, Product & Engineering, as well as G&A) to help not only run the recruitment process, but also ensure everyone involved in the process is invested in hiring, onboarding, and developing our new hires. We are skilled at finding incredible people as we scale and we’re now looking to add someone who is interested in building or starting their career in recruiting and to play a key role in the continued growth of SOCi.
