The job…

• Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on attracting top talent in the B2B SaaS space with a focus on Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product & Engineering, as well as many other positions across all departments.
• Proactively collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify recruitment needs, job competencies, and skill gaps to ensure flawless process execution.
• Manages the candidate interviewing process and makes recommendations for best in class experience.
• Builds trust with hiring managers and key stakeholders across all business functions. 
• Proactively thinks about company growth and matches candidates to roles that best fill their skill set.
• Learn about SOCi and how each department functions; tailor your recruitment style to meet the needs of each area of the business.
• Execute applicant sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and other platforms to engage and attract top talent. 
• Develop and execute our growth strategy, marketing campaigns and diversity & inclusion priorities. 
• Manage the structure, processes, practices, training and tools necessary to support the talent acquisition strategies of a growing organization. 
• Ability to build and scale a high-performing recruitment organization.
• Grow the SOCi brand through both internal and external partnerships. 
• Take on special projects as needed.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

• A reliable and trustworthy partner to the business; Knowledge of the B2B SaaS space.
• A highly motivated, accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager who can thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment.
• Enthusiastic about our business and the ability to deliver our value proposition in a captivating fashion to each and every candidate.
• Ability to own outcomes including planning, operations, team development, process improvement and recruiting practices.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnership with vendors, managers and HR colleagues.   
• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent training and experience preferred.
