Job Description

As Bar & Beverage Manager, you will care for and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s bar operations. You engage with your team to creating a culture of excellence and teamwork. Leading them in creating a sense of luxury and tailor made experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Create a unique atmosphere that draws hotel & non-hotel guests.
• Lead & Engage team in providing a luxury bar experience.
• Have strong floor presence - one of the most important aspects of the position, interacting with guests, supporting your team and ensuring compliance with luxury quality standards.
• Keep current on industry trends and developments to continuously improve bar offerings – keeping a step ahead of the competition.
• Creating cocktails and update drink menus, specials, and promotions to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Well-rounded experience in all areas of the food & beverage – luxury experience preferred.
• Experience with Forbes standards is desirable
• Work well under pressure and be able to think on your feet
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
