We are seeking a service-minded ambassador for the Guest Service Operator/ One Touch position.

** What you will be doing:**
- Candidate will be responsible for accepting and responding to all incoming calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate extensions.
- Other responsibilities include taking room service food orders and inputting orders in Silverware POS System, assisting with e-mailing of guest folio receipts, and handling of guest inquiries and issues via the telephone.
- Must have strong attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Enrolling guests in our ALL Accorhotel frequent guest program.
- Handling all guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
- Candidate should be able to deliver luxury phone service, cordial, efficient, and professional.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
