    ** What you will be doing:**

    • Candidate will be responsible for accepting and responding to all incoming calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate extensions.
    • Other responsibilities include taking room service food orders and inputting orders in Silverware POS System, assisting with e-mailing of guest folio receipts, and handling of guest inquiries and issues via the telephone.
    • Must have strong attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills.
    • Enrolling guests in our ALL Accorhotel frequent guest program.
    • Handling all guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
    • Candidate should be able to deliver luxury phone service, cordial, efficient, and professional.
    • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Your experience and skills include:**

    • Previous experience with Opera/ Silverware a plus or a comparable property management system (PMS/POS).
    • Must have previous telephone customer service working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging.
    • Qualified candidate will have exceptional verbal communication skills, as well as be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
    • Candidate may be trained in Front Desk when possible and upon business demands.
    • Minimum 1-year experience in similar position in a luxury setting.
    • Must be flexible with days and hours.
