What you will be doing:

• A foodie specializing in the creation of menu offerings
• Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items and standards
• Prepare all menu items to specification by following standard recipes and procedures as outlined in the recipe manual
• Mise en Place – maintaining a clean and organized station on the line

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Passionate about food preparation and presentation
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment and work independently on the line
• Understanding & practicing of food safety and hygiene
• Be a collaborative team player, a creative problem solver who leads with your heart
• One to two years of experience in a similar role.
