    What you will be doing:

    • Using your exceptional people skills, to offer memorable sales experiences for our potential guests and generate revenue by booking rooms. You will also accurately and warmly complete all Sofitel Brands Standards.
    • You will offer warm and welcoming communication by phone, to our internal and external guests and assist with any special requests and will provide the highest level of customer care, before, during and after their stay.
    • You will manage calls, field questions and respond to guests thoughtfully and independently. You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each guest.
    • You will collaborate with your team and the Sales department to assist where needed with group reservations. This role may call for you to wear “many hats”, as well as maintaining your work area, properly handling credit card transactions, rooming lists, and so on.
    • Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Passion for delivering personalized customer service and a strong commitment to creating the desired guest experience for all.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem solving skills. An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism.
    • An ability to warmly and professionally engage with guests and show empathy over the phone.
    • A positive, can-do, team player attitude. A strong desire to support and assist your department and other hotel colleagues, and help them navigate and overcome roadblocks and obstacles.
    • A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, chic, exciting environment.
    • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
