As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the hotel and our guest experience. You take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that out guests are provided with a clean, comfortable and safe space, and be a part of creating memorable experiences for them.

• Ensure assigned guestrooms are cleaned to luxury standard
• Anticipate guests needs in order to personalize their experience
• Safeguard guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Good level of physical fitness. This role has physical demands of lifting and carrying and being on your feet.
• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Have a high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
