Lead a crew through all phases of softscape installation: planting, grading, drainage, and full landscape builds
Read landscape plans, lay out job sites, and keep projects on schedule
Train crew members and hold the team to Teddy's quality standards
Operate equipment from hand tools to heavy machinery
Communicate with clients on site in a professional, friendly way
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
3+ years of landscape installation experience
1+ years leading a crew
Working knowledge of planting, grading, and drainage practices
Ability to read landscape plans and manage materials
Valid driver's license and ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
A reliable, self-motivated attitude and pride in your work
