    JOB DESCRIPTION : Design, develop, and optimize aviation software systems integrating biometric identity verification technologies. Apply mechanical engineering principles, applied mathematics, and systems modeling to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical aviation platforms. Develop algorithms, simulate real-time workflows, integrate biometric hardware and software, and conduct engineering analysis to deliver secure and efficient passenger processing solutions for the aviation industry. Specific duties include: apply mechanical engineering and applied mathematics principles (e.g., system dynamics, computational modeling, signal processing) to design and optimize biometric algorithms, including facial recognition and liveness detection; perform systems modeling and engineering analysis to simulate real-time biometric workflows, validate throughput capacity, and predict performance under variable operating conditions; architect, develop, and validate software modules using C#,.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API, ensuring compliance with engineering reliability and aviation safety standards; integrate biometric hardware (cameras, sensors, scanning devices) with cloud-based aviation platforms, validating seamless operation between physical and digital systems; conduct root-cause engineering analysis to resolve performance bottlenecks, applying structured troubleshooting methods analogous to those used in mechanical systems testing; design and implement algorithms and workflows by leveraging mechanics, computational methods, and data structures to ensure biometric system accuracy, scalability, and low false-positive/false-negative rates; collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering, IT, and aviation operations teams to align system requirements with operational, safety, and regulatory standards (including aviation security compliance); perform continuous validation and optimization of biometric workflows through test plans, engineering simulations, and quantitative performance metrics; and prepare technical reports, validation test plans, and compliance documentation in accordance with engineering standards to support certification, audit, and regulatory processes.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related engineering field. and 2 years' experience In the job offered or experience in related engineering and/or software development role.

    REQUIRED SKILLS : Must have skills/expertise with the following:

    1. System dynamics, computational modeling, and algorithm design for optimizing biometric workflows;
    2. Simulation of real-time biometric systems and predictive performance modeling;
    3. Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API) for enterprise software development;
    4. SQL Server and relational database design for secure and scalable data handling;
    5. Design and integration of biometric systems including facial recognition, liveness detection, and enrollment workflows using APIs/cloud services;
    6. Integration of biometric hardware (cameras, sensors, scanning devices) with aviation and visitor management platforms; and
    7. Implementation of authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) for compliance with aviation security standards.
