Pediatric Practive in Waterbury is seeking a full time BC/BE Pediatrician

We are a well-established independent pediatric practice in Waterbury, CT, and are seeking a BC/BE pediatrician to join our practice full time. We provide a nurturing environment to a diverse urban population at a single location. Position is for outpatient primary care. Two local hospitals have level 2 nurseries with in-house neonatology and PA coverage.

We are a certified Patient Centered Medical Home, have a user friendly EMR, and feel well supported by specialists at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Yale.

Our practice has enjoyed teaching high quality medical students from the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine and PA students from Quinnipiac University and other PA and NP programs.

Offering a competitive compensation package based on 15-20 patient visits per day with a bonus formula for greater productivity. Package includes salary, malpractice insurance, licensing, CME allowance, society memberships, health insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation, and a warm, collegial staff.

Waterbury is a small city in central Connecticut with many cultural, educational and recreational resources in town and nearby. We are 40 minutes from New Haven and Hartford, and 2 hours from New York and Boston.
