    Duties As a Solar Consultant, you will promote and sell solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your duties will include:

    • Conducting door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers
    • Educating customers on the benefits of solar energy and the cost savings associated with solar installations
    • Assessing customer energy needs and recommending appropriate solar solutions
    • Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and identify potential customers
    • Utilizing sales software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solar technology

    Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

    • Solar sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment
    • Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is a (BONUS)
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
    • Knowledge of the solar energy market and understanding of the benefits of renewable energy
    • Experience in technical sales or a technical background is preferred
    • Proficiency in using sales software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales progress

    Salary: $99,690.00 - $114,279.00 per year
