Big picture is we are looking for someone that can assist us in growing and expanding on what we’ve already built and that has the potential and desire of running this business.  

The ideal Project Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, attending job walks for new opportunities, estimating projects of up to 5 million dollars, attending project meetings, purchasing and managing material purchases such as lighting, switch gear, and specialty equipment, managing subcontractors (fire alarm, concrete, saw cut, excavation, etc.), ensure profitability of projects. The project manager is the PRESIDENT of the project.  Complete responsibility from start to finish.
