Upscale casual high volume new restaurant opening soon in Philadelphia, PA seeking an experienced full-time General Manager to join our team.

Position:

• General Manager

Compensation:

• $75-95K salary based on experience 
• Medical benefits

Other incentives:

Experience:

• 3-5 years minimum of previous experience in a similar management role in a high volume upscale casual restaurant 
  
• Customer service (reading guests + table touching)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Staff motivation + training
• Scheduling
  
• Managing >20 employees
• Familiarity with POS systems (we use Harbortouch)
