Augustine Angels Home Care Services is URGENTLY hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Qualifications:

Must have a current license from Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering.

Must have at least four (4) years experience as a massage therapist.

The ideal candidate will:

Submit a copy of current resume or CV.

Submit a copy of a current unrestricted license to practice massage therapy through the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Babering.

Be certified in Lymphedema treatment (optional, but urgently needed).

Schedule of Work - The ideal candidate will:

Provide part-time massage therapy services no less than 3 days per week, 8 hours per day minimum in the clinic.

Work with the Physical Therapy Supervisor and/or designee to establish the days and times for the clinic. The clinic schedule may be expanded or extended, if patient demand justifies as such, and with the permission and agreement of all parties.

Not work on weekends or federal holidays.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Fingerprint background check must be conducted before being cleared to work.
