    SOS Real Estate Solutions is a high-level, fast-growing, real estate investment team located in the Augusta, GA area, which finds and markets for off-market properties. You’ll receive, follow up with, hunt, prepare, and obtain contracts and ensure each sales process is smooth and successful from when the lead comes in when you pass a signed contract off to our closing team. This position allows you to work from home but you must be local to the Augusta area. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. You will receive top-notch training and learn from the best! The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Build solid relationships with clients and serve them well • Respond to all leads with extreme speed! • Perform due diligence on real estate market and market trends, and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport with clients and overcoming objections presented by sellers • Use market trends, comps, data research, property condition, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Prepare contracts and other required documents • Report to the sales manager on a daily basis and ask questions when needed! Qualifications: • Selling is your passion and you are a relentless beast when it comes to following up with your leads! • You enjoy building relationships with people and helping others with their tough situations in life • Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field of study preferred but not required • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
