Responsibilities: • Nurture strong client relationships and provide outstanding service. • Ensure swift responses to all leads and inquiries. • Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure smooth transitions. • Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends and investment models. • Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and letters of intent, to facilitate sales transactions. • Proactively address client concerns and foster trust throughout the contract process. • Utilize market research, property data, and outreach strategies to evaluate property value and condition. • Maintain comprehensive records of interactions in the CRM system. • Handle essential contracts and documentation effectively. • Deliver daily updates and seek guidance from the sales manager as needed. Qualifications: • Passionate about selling and relentless in lead follow-up. • Thrives on building relationships and assisting others in challenging life situations. • Possesses a positive attitude. • Embraces a "Solutions over problems" mindset. • Preference for experience in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field, though not mandatory. • Preferred, but not necessary, to hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field. • Exhibits exceptional drive and determination. Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
