    We’re looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities: • Manage transaction coordination for all real estate deals and attend closings. • Work closely with the Acquisitions team to ensure accurate property information and seamless transaction processes. • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all transactions are completed on time. • Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes. • Collect customer reviews. • Ensure Transaction and Dispositions CRM standards compliance. • Develop SOPs, forms, and additional guidance documents for transaction coordination. • Maintain accurate records of all transactions. • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail. • Knowledge of state and federal real estate regulations. • Ability to travel to and from Attorney’s offices, properties, etc. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
