    We invite you to apply for our Account Manager position, home-based in the SAN FRANCISCO PROPER AREA. TERRITORY INCLUDES: MILL VALLEY, PETALUMA, SAN RAPHEL, SAN FRANCISCO SOUTH TO SAN JOSE, SANTA CRUZ SOUTH TO CARMEL

    This position will cover the San Francisco south area. The Account Manager will be responsible for building a sales funnel via cold calling, networking, and prospecting; booking appointments and closing the sale. Promoting and growing the company brand within the geographical territory. If you have a passion for consultative sales, business development and skincare, this position may be the right fit for you.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Clear, concise and professional account communication both written and verbal

    Perform all administrative duties such as entering sales activities, account visits and marketing activity in Salesforce.

    Ability to analyze sales data and business needs to continually assess areas of opportunity, trends and call activity

    Capacity to build, grow and cultivate relationships with existing and new accounts to implement territory growth

    Conduct product training and events to drive sales orders

    Develop strong relationships with the corporate team and the sales team.

    Assessment of accounts to develop all areas of opportunity

    Achieve or exceed all monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives.

    Demonstrate expert product and ingredient knowledge

    Education/ Experience Requirements

    Undergraduate degree

    Sales experience in aesthetic space

    2+ years experience in sales and business development

    Expected Areas of Skills & Abilities

    Presentation, selling and communication skills

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems, such as salesforce

    Knowledge of Google Suite

    Active listening skills

    Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

    Competitive drive balanced with team oriented, positive attitude

    Travel Requirements Expected percentage of travel: 25%
