JOB OVERVIEW:

SOTA Imaging is looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent technical and communication skills to join our Customer Success team. The Customer Success Advisor will be responsible for assisting our clients with installation of our products through remote computer log-ins. This individual will ensure our customers are serviced beyond their expectations to encourage customer success.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to effectively communicate via phone and remote computer login’s and demonstrated success handling customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting with our customers following the sale of our software to collect data and other information required to prepare and customize our software system.
• Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation.
• Communicating with clients through the installation to ensure customer happiness and success.
• Training and educating our customers on how to use the newly installed software.
• Creating a specialized document for each customer, detailing all customizations made.
• Ensuring the implementation team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
• Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional installations/customizations to be done.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science, or a related field
• Strong computer knowledge in networks and software (technical knowledge)
• Proficiency in database management systems.
• Ability to multi-ask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
