    JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    SOTA Imaging is in need of an enthusiastic individual who will provide exceptional customer service as a Technical Support Advisor. This is a full-time position where the role of the Technical Support Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support via phone (inbound and outbound) and remote computer log-ins. The Technical Support Advisor will be responsible for addressing customer problems and requests in a courteous manner.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical support to existing and new accounts, troubleshooting technical issues through phone and remote computer log-ins.
    • Explain solutions step by step, patiently and provide valuable support for computer users from different work environments.
    • Log and keep records of customer calls (Salesforce / Zendesk).
    • Analyze call logs so common trends can be spotted to help fix underlying problems.
    • Work with Engineering to test company equipment (Cameras, Sensors, and Software).
    • ssue RMA’s (Return merchandise authorization) to customers.
    • Troubleshoot RMA’s (Cameras & Sensors) to duplicate issues that customers are having and determining the next course of action.
    • Calibrate X-Ray Sensors
