    THE ROLE

    We are seeking a strong, execution-focused Sous Chef to support culinary operations in a high-volume, full-service hotel environment.

    This role is critical to daily kitchen execution, banquet production, and team supervision.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute daily kitchen operations across banquets and restaurant
    • Support food production for large-scale events
    • Supervise and coach line staff
    • Maintain food quality and consistency
    • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

    WHAT WE NEED

    • Strong banquet experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
    • Strong organizational and execution skills
    • Team leadership and accountability

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Full-service hotel or large restaurant experience
    • Experience supporting high-volume production
    • Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
