  • Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

    Works independently and with other installers in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for the timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned.

    Requires excellent communication skills

    Self-motivated, task-driven, and able to apply “best practices” theory

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Ability to use hand and power tools

    Develop and maintain proficiency in the following areas:

    Communication with all levels of the company

    All company paperwork

    Prewire and retrofit

    Trimming

    Job completion

    Troubleshooting

    Learning new task/skills

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    Prewiring for audio, visual and home automation on new construction projects

    Retro fit wiring of existing houses/structures

    Trimming of plates, speakers, waps, lighting keypads, etc

    Tv installation of all types. Flat, Frame, Articulating, etc

    Basic electrical knowledge/skill

    Satellite/Cable systems install

    IP and analog camera install and setup

    Basic security knowledge/skill

    Rack install and wiring

    Network/Wireless systems installation and setup

    House audio systems install and setup

    Theater system install and setup

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Minimum 1 year experience in the home electronics or related field

    Willing to relearn the Southeaston way

    Willing/wanting to become part of the team

    Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven

    Ability to work on rotating “on-call” service schedule

    Proficient in all Assistant level qualifications and willing to show it

    Competent skills in desktop and mobile computing

    Clean driving record and background check
