We are looking for a new addition to our team! This is a position for a positive, outgoing, hard working and compassionate person who thrives in customer service positions. We are a three surgeon Plastic and Reconstructive surgery practice that primarily serves women looking for reconstruction after breast cancer.

Hours: Monday typically 8-4 and Tuesday through Friday typically from 8-5. Because we have clinics several times a week, hours may vary by an hour depending on patient needs.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Clinic scheduling

• Check in and check out patients for appointments

• Collect copay and process patient payments

• Review patient paperwork

• Patient satisfaction follow up

• Scanning medical information to EHR

• Checking and routing faxes

• Call Routing

• Patient message routing via secure text platfortm

Work Experience: The ideal candidate has previous call referral experience as well as experience obtaining insurance verification. Previous EHR experience preferred. We used "Advanced MD" in our office.

Schedule:

8 hour shifts

Day shifts only

No weekends/No Call

Work Location:

Phoenix 5 days a week. Chandler 1 day every other week.
