    Position Overview

    The Manager with experience in Spa management with strong experience on the overall operation, performance, and guest experience of Skin & Wellness Centre. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, lead and inspire the team, drive revenue, and ensure the highest standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, polished, and deeply aligned with wellness and skincare excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations & Leadership

    Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows

    Lead, manage, and support spa staff including front desk, therapists, estheticians, Yoga Teachers and wellness practitioners

    Create staff schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage

    Maintain a positive, professional, and high-performance culture

    Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching

    Guest Experience & Service Excellence

    Ensure an exceptional, consistent, and personalized guest experience

    Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

    Uphold brand standards, treatment protocols, and service rituals

    Foster long-term client relationships and loyalty

    Sales, Revenue & Growth

    Drive spa revenue through service optimization, retail sales, memberships, and packages

    Train and motivate staff to achieve individual and team sales goals

    Monitor KPIs including booking utilization, retail conversion, retention, and revenue per guest

    Support marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and partnerships

    Financial & Administrative Management

    Oversee daily reporting, cash handling, and POS reconciliation

    Monitor expenses, payroll, and inventory to meet financial targets

    Manage product ordering, stock levels, and vendor relationships

    Assist ownership with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

    Compliance, Safety & Quality Control

    Ensure compliance with state licensing, sanitation, health, and safety regulations

    Maintain cleanliness, treatment room readiness, and equipment functionality

    Oversee proper use and care of advanced skincare devices and technologies

    Ensure all staff certifications and licenses are current

    Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum 3–5 years of spa or wellness management experience

    Strong background in skincare, aesthetics, or wellness (medical spa experience preferred)

    Proven leadership and team-management skills

    Strong sales acumen with experience driving revenue and retail performance

    Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    Proficiency with spa software, scheduling systems, and POS platforms

    Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand

    Qualifications

    Experience with medical-grade skincare devices and advanced treatments

    Background in hospitality, luxury spa, or wellness retreats
