About the Role:

Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Spanish Speaking Private Duty Nurse to join our dedicated team in Markham, IL. Responsibilities:

Provide direct, private duty nursing care to patients in home or facility settings

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families to ensure clear understanding of care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed

Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and progress

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to deliver comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and disease prevention in both English and Spanish

Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required

Prior private duty, home health, or in-home nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

CPR/BLS certification required

Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
